Program Fees

• All program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a spot.
• Fees cover the duration of the enrolled session and are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least [10] days before the session start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a [$30] administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within [10] days of the start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes or early withdrawals.
• All camps and events are not eligible to cancellation

Transfer Policy

• Transfers to a different session or program are allowed [10] days before the session start date, subject to availability.
• A [$10] administrative fee may apply to each transfer request.
• Transfers requested after three classes of the session has started are not permitted.
• All camps and events are not eligible to transfer

all payment policies, including fees, refunds, and payment schedules, must adhere to the guidelines set by our partners.
